Jiangsu Qinlin New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in Rugao in August 2017. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production and sales of high-purity semiconductor electronic materials. Currently, its main products include: high-purity red phosphorus, high-purity antimony, high-purity indium and gallium, as well as other high-purity non-metallic and metallic electronic materials. The company has a testing center and possesses international advanced testing equipment such as ICP-MS (plasma emission spectrometer), ICP-OES (spectrometer), and CR-80 particle size detector. It has also jointly established a compound semiconductor optoelectronic material joint laboratory with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Semiconductor Research Institute in Beijing, and in Rugao, it has jointly established the Rugao Compound Semiconductor Industry Research Institute. The company focuses on the technical development and application of high-purity semiconductor electronic materials. It upholds scientific principles and has established deep academic-industrial-research cooperation with many renowned domestic research institutes. It has flexibly introduced 9 doctoral and above-level talents and 6 master's degree holders. It has obtained 28 authorized patents, including 7 invention patents. It has participated in the formulation of one national standard and won the first prize of the National Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Standardization Technical Committee's Material Sub-Technical Committee for Technical Standards in 2021. It has drafted and formulated two industry standards. Since its establishment, the company has won multiple provincial and municipal awards and has received honors such as the Top Ten Technology Pioneers in Nantong and the Excellent Innovation Enterprise.
